Mourning Liz

Liz Taylor died last week. On Wednesday.  She was an amazing actress and an won an Academy Award  for both performances in Butterfiled8 and Whose Afraid of Virginia Woolf.

She was  really responsible for helping bring attention to the AID/HIV issue. She helped found AmFar and her own Elizabeth Taylor Foundation made incredible differences to millions of people who were affected by AIDS.  She worked tirelessly for the cause. And really was one of the first celebrities to be associated with any philanthropic cause so closely.  She may have had troubles in her life; health problems, eight marriages, volatile affairs but she was a person of great talent and grace who was loyal to her friends.

She was an inspiration.  May her memory live for a blessing to her family and friends.
